Some good news came in today in the form of an injury update from head coach Butch Jones.
Jones stated during a press conference that he "fully anticipates" both starting center Jashon Robertson and starting defensive tackle Shy Tuttle to play. Both players are expected to participate in a full practice session Wednesday.
The players that would miss this week's game included wide receiver Latrell Williams, defensive back/kick returner Evan Berry, and back up tight end Jakob Johnson.
One name Jones did not specifically mention was senior/starting tight end Ethan Wolf, who left during the fourth quarter of last week's game with a knee injury.
Jones was a tad unspecific - if not cryptic - stating that the aforementioned trio of players would miss the game while "everyone else should be good to go".
Will Wolf start, or won't he? Something tells me we won't know for sure until game day and I won't be surprised if he doesn't start.
It is good news for the Vols that Robertson and Tuttle will have full practices today. They will be crucial pieces to the game plan if the Vols want to win on Saturday.
