Tennessee wide receiver Marquez Callaway left Saturday’s game against Georgia with what appeared to be a head injury.
#Vols WR Marquez Callaway hit his head hard on the turf. Still down. Never a good sign.

Here’s the play.
Marquez Callaway's head hits the ground hard here on a deep pass incompletion. Needed two guys to help him back to Tennessee's sideline. pic.twitter.com/JAdlxGGdDU

The seldom used but ultra-explosive Callaway is one of the few playmakers that Tennessee has offensively. Callaway broke free with a couple of steps of separation down the field, but Quinten Dormady missed him short.
He had not recorded a reception in the game and won’t return today. We’ll update this as we get more information.
