With just two recruiting weekends left before national signing day, Tennessee is set to host plenty of top talent over the next couple of days. They’re taking one final shot at several top prospects from all over the country.
Take a look at some of the names here.
Vols visitors all about length and beef this weekend, as Jeremy Pruitt tries to rebuild the defense.

Tyson Campbell is far and away the biggest recruit of the bunch, checking in at No. 12 in 247’s latest rankings. The 6-2 five star cornerback is exactly what Pruitt and his staff have been looking for over the last month. Tennessee has some major work to do as they try to steer him away from Georgia.

Taiyon Palmer is a 6-0 cornerback out of Georgia, who just earned an Alabama offer. After his visit to N.C. State last weekend, the crystal ball projections now favor the Wolfpack.

We’ve talked about Coynis Miller since Pruitt was hired, but he remains committed to Auburn. That could change with a visit to Knoxville. He visited Auburn on January 12th and will visit Gainesville on February 2nd.
I wrote up Nesta Silvera yesterday.
This cycle feels like the staff is running around with their hair on fire, probably because they are as they play catch-up. They’ve already surpassed my expectations, which were low after Tennessee’s toxic November. It’s been fun to see them get in and establish relationships with so many big time guys in such a short amount of time.
You’ve got to be excited for them to get a full year to put together a 2019 class.
