Tennessee signees, targets set to compete in the Under Armour All-America Game

Everything you need to know.

The biggest college football recruiting showcase happens tonight. The Under Armour All-American Game will host a handful of familiar names tonight, including a couple of Tennessee signees along with some key targets for Jeremy Pruitt.

You can view the game live on ESPN2 at 6 PM eastern. Here are the players you should be keeping an eye on.

Signed

Paxton Brooks, Punter

The three star punter has signed with the Vols and will enroll early at Tennessee next week. He will have some competition, but Brooks will likely be the guy that follows Trevor Daniel.

Alontae Taylor, Receiver

Tennessee had to fight hard for him, but they were able to get the four star athlete to sign last month. Taylor talked about his recruitment earlier this week with Bud Elliott of SBNation.

Targets

Coynis Miller, Defensive Tackle

Miller is a four star prospect out of Birmingham, still committed to Auburn. However, Miller didn’t sign during the early signing period, leaving the door cracked for Tennessee. The Vols have already paid Miller an in-home visit and are currently fighting with Florida to get him away from Auburn.

Olaijah Griffin, Cornerback

Tennessee holds a lead in the battle for Griffin, according to Griffin himself. The 6-0 four star corner is undoubtedly a must have for Tennessee, considering that the Vols have now lost four corners from the 2017 team. Griffin has been trending towards the Vols since Pruitt took over. If he commits, he’ll likely play quite a bit early on in his career.

Jacob Copeland, Receiver

The nation’s No. 5 receiver has been all about Tennessee since Jeremy Pruitt took the job. Pruitt got him to visit the weekend before the early signing period and seems to be in a good spot for the four star receiver. Alabama and Florida are also in play here.

Former Tennessee commits

Former Tennessee commits Trey Dean, Jaycee Horn and Adrian Martinez will all be taking part in the game today. Dean has signed with Florida, Horn has signed with South Carolina and Martinez has signed with Nebraska.
