Tennessee’s last non-conference game will be against the Charlotte 49ers, who currently sit at 3-4 coming off of a loss to MTSU. The 49ers will serve as the homecoming opponent for Tennessee on Saturday, November 3rd.
That game will kickoff at 4 PM eastern and will be shown live on SEC Network, the SEC announced today.

LSU-Alabama headlines the day with their annual matchup, but Kentucky-Georgia, Texas A&M-Auburn and Missouri-Florida should make for a fun day elsewhere in the conference.
Tennessee has a really important game against South Carolina this weekend, one that could ultimately determine whether or not the Vols will go bowling this season. This matchup against Charlotte should give them a breather before finishing the season against Kentucky, Missouri and Vanderbilt.
Charlotte holds wins over Western Kentucky, Old Dominion and Fordham. They’ve lost to App State, UAB, MTSU and UMass.
