When you watch Tennessee play, it doesn’t take long to figure out what the Vols need. Jeremy Pruitt’s team is in the midst of a total transformation, trying to get by with what they have left on the roster until this staff can get more players in that fit what they want to do.
Tennessee just doesn’t have many difference makers at the line of scrimmage right now on either side of the football. It’s why this staff has prioritized beef during this 2019 recruiting cycle. 10 of Tennessee’s current 20 commits are offensive or defensive line prospects.
This weekend, they’ll be hosting one of their bigger targets of 2019. Four-star defensive end Justin Eboigbe announced that he’ll be visiting Knoxville this weekend, despite his commitment to Alabama.

Eboigbe is the 112th ranked player in the class and the 9th ranked strong-side defensive end. The 6-4, 260 pound prospect is the 12th ranked player out of the state of Georgia, which Tennessee has hit hard since Jeremy Pruitt has been in Knoxville.
He’s been committed to Alabama since June 18th, but has taken his official visits to Florida, Georgia, Miami and now Tennessee this fall. For what it’s worth, Tennessee was a part of his top five schools this spring.
