Tennessee and Auburn have been huge rivals in the 2019 recruiting class. From Wanya Morris to Ramel Keyton to LeDarrius Cox to Sean Brown — the Tigers and Vols have gone head to head several different times so far this cycle.
Add another to the list.
Tennessee sent out an offer to George Pickens this week, despite his commitment to Auburn. Pickens announced the offer on Twitter.

So Tennessee has now thrown their hat in the ring for Pickens, a highly-ranked four-star receiver out of Hoover, Alabama. He is the 40th ranked player in the country, according to the 247 Sports Composite. He is the 7th ranked receiver prospect in the class and the 3rd ranked player in the state of Alabama.
Pickens is 6-3, nearly 6-4, weighing in at 190 pounds.
He’s been committed to Auburn since July of 2017, but has kept his options open. He’s visited Alabama and Florida State recently, in addition to Auburn.
Tennessee has four-star receiver Ramel Keyton committed, but he did take a look at Georgia last weekend. The Vols lost out on Trey Knox to Arkansas last week, narrowing their options at receiver in the 2019 class.
