Tennessee — Auburn line has moved a full four points since Sunday

Money is flying in on Tennessee.

Sunday Night Update: Tennessee will come off of the bye week to face an Auburn team coming off of a loss. The Tigers went to Starkville on Saturday and came up empty, only mustering up nine points against Mississippi State.

Auburn’s offense and Jarrett Stidham have been really struggling this season, ranking near the bottom of the conference in total offense. Still, Vegas likes the Tigers by a good bit over the Vols.

The line for this one has opened at Bet Online at Auburn -18.5. That’s a pretty hefty spread, considering Auburn’s struggles with Mississippi State and Southern Miss during the previous week.

On the other side, Tennessee’s defense has been making strides of late. Darrell Taylor has emerged as a pass rusher and the young secondary is starting to find their way. Now Jeremy Pruitt just needs his offense to find some sort of pulse. He’s had an off week to prepare for this one against a team that he’s very familiar with.

I don’t think it’s too crazy to think that Tennessee can give Auburn a legitimate game here. 18.5 points feels like too much to me. I’m interested to see how this moves throughout the week.

Monday Morning Update: The line has crashed down to Auburn -16.5 already. Money is flying in on Tennessee.

Friday Morning Update: Money is still coming in on the Vols. This line is all the way down to Auburn -14.5.
