It’s been a wild 40 days for Jordan Davis. The 2020 JUCO defensive end decided to commit to Alabama on October 6th, re-pledging to the program that he initially committed to out of high school in 2017. Academics forced him to take the JUCO route.
Less than a year later, Davis was once again committed to Alabama — until he wasn’t. Davis decommitted from the Tide on November 3rd after picking up offers from Tennessee and Mississippi State.
Tonight, Davis has committed to Tennessee.

The 6-5, 225 pound defensive end prospect fits as an edge presence in Pruitt’s 3-4 base defense. Davis was a four-star prospect in the class of 2018, the 86th ranked player in the country, according to Rivals. He hasn’t been ranked in the class of 2020.
Davis is the third commitment for Tennessee in the 2020 cycle, joining receiver Antonio Barber and long snapper Will Albright.
