And we have commitment number three on the day. It’s receiver Cedric Tillman, who the Vols offered on Sunday night.

Tillman got the offer from Tennessee after a bizarre situation with Jordan Young, who committed to the Vols last month. Young took a visit to Florida State and ended up changing his Twitter bio to seemingly indicate a flip. Nothing has been announced yet, but Tennessee clearly felt the need to add one more body to the receiver room just in case.
Tillman fits that bill, giving the Vols a big body on the outside. The 6-3, 206 pounder is the newest Tennessee Volunteer, joining Alontae Taylor in the 2018 receiver class. Tillman comes from Las Vegas, holding offers from UNLV and Hawaii. He’s a three star prospect, according to 247 Sports.
We’ll see what this means for Tennessee and Young a little later in the day. The Vols also have a shot at four star receiver Jacob Copeland as well.
