Garland is a three star prospect, according to 247 Sports. He was a teammate of receiver Jordan Young, who flipped to Florida State earlier today. Garland joins a crowded defensive line class as Tennessee tries to add more depth up front.
Garland held offers from Tulane, Coastal Carolina and Eastern Kentucky. He put up 12.5 sacks in his senior season of high school football.
