It’s been a productive couple of days for the Tennessee Volunteers on the recruiting trail. After getting a huge start to their 2020 class last night, Tennessee has come back today and received a commitment from Jackson Lowe.

Lowe is a three star tight end prospect out of Cartersville, Georgia. The 6-5, 242 pounder chose the Vols over offers from Clemson, Alabama, Auburn, Ohio State, Georgia and several others.
He attended junior day back in February and took an unofficial visit to Knoxville last weekend. That visit was enough for him to call Tennessee his leader. He didn’t waste much more time, committing just six days later.
Lowe is the third known commitment of Tennessee’s 2019 class. He joins four-star commits Jackson Lampley and Te’Cory Couch.
Tennessee’s tight end room projects to be a pretty crowded place next year. Eli Wolf, Dominck Wood-Anderson, Austin Pope, LaTrell Bumphus and Jacob Warren are already in the fold. Adding Lowe into the mix will have Brian Niedermeyer set for seasons to come.
