Tennessee continued their search for wide receivers on Tuesday, offering Indianapolis native David Bell. The two time 1,000 yard receiver out of Warren Central High School tweeted out his Tennessee offer yesterday.

The 6-2, 185 pound receiver is currently rated as a four-star prospect. Bell ranks just outside of 247 Sports’ top 100. He is their 18th ranked receiver in the 2019 class.
Bell has been a popular target among Big Ten schools. Ohio State, Purdue, Iowa, Penn State, Michigan, Indiana, Michigan State, Nebraska and Minnesota have all put offers in for Bell.
Tennessee has now thrown their hat in the ring, joining Missouri and Vanderbilt out of the SEC. Bell currently has 33 touchdowns on his high school career with a year left to play. He is the number one prospect out of the state of Indiana, for now.
The Vols have a decent shot to land four-star Ramel Keyton soon and are also hot on the trails of in-state, four-star receivers Trey Knox and Lance Wilhoite. We’ll see if they can get in on Bell as well.
