Tennessee has been warming up on the recruiting trail as of late, landing four commitments in the last ten days. They got another piece of good news on Thursday night, landing inside the final six for talented four-star athlete Khafre Brown, who is a part of the 2019 class.
Brown released his final six on his Twitter account.
It’s been a long journey , I would like to first give all glory to god and thank everybody that has been in my corner and by my side...I would love to thank all the schools that have offered me and believed in my athletic ability but I would like to narrow my list down to these 6 pic.twitter.com/tzAdyNxkZG

Tennessee joins Michigan, South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida State and West Virginia in the hunt.
The 5-11, 176 pound prospect doubles as both a receiver and a running back. He’s a four-star prospect and lands inside of 247 Sports’ top 50 overall prospects. Brown comes from the Charlotte, North Carolina area.
Brown doesn’t exactly fit what Tennessee has been recently looking at at running back. They seem to value size, signing 6-2, 215 pound Jeremy Banks and adding 6-1, 218 pound grad-transfer back Madre London. Maybe Helton and Pruitt have plans for Brown as a receiver.
First things first though, the Vols will have to land him. Add Brown to your watchlist as we head into the summer.
