Some big recruiting news came down the wire on Sunday night, especially for the Tennessee Volunteers. One of their 2019 center targets D.J. Burns announced on Twitter that will reclassify to the 2018 class.

This comes directly after a visit to South Carolina over the weekend. Tennessee is in a tight battle with the Gamecocks with each school currently receiving half of the crystal ball projections for Burns, per 247 Sports.
Burns is a four-star prospect and has yet to be ranked among his new 2018 peers. He is a 6-9, 248 pound prospect out of Rock Hill, South Carolina.
The Vols have one remaining scholarship for the 2018 cycle after nabbing grad-transfer Khwan Fore last week.
Kyle Alexander, Grant Williams, Derrick Walker and John Fulkerson will each return to the Tennessee front court this winter. Zach Kent may also be in that mix this season. Still, Tennessee could always use a little more size and depth down low.
Burns is now a big one to watch over the coming days.
