After back to back road wins and a 3-0 start to SEC play, Tennessee remains the third ranked team in the AP Top 25 this week. There were no changes inside the top ten this week. The Vols received 13 first place votes in the poll, while No. 2 Michigan received just nine. The top ranked Duke Blue Devils received 36 first place votes.

Kentucky jumps from 18th to 12th this week, taking advantage of losses from North Carolina, N.C. State and Auburn. Speaking of Bruce Pearl’s Tigers, they lost to Ole Miss this week, dropping to 14th in the AP Poll.
The Rebels entered the Poll after a huge week, picking up wins over Auburn and Mississippi State. Ole Miss now sits at 18th entering the second full week of SEC play. Mississippi State tumbled to 24th after their two losses this week.
South Carolina, Florida and LSU each received votes, but didn’t crack the top 25.
