Tennessee fans can breathe easy — the Volunteers are officially going bowling in 2019. Tennessee picked up a huge win over Missouri on Saturday, beating the Tigers to get their sixth win of the year. The Vols will finish with Vanderbilt this Saturday afternoon, looking for win No. 7.
Tennessee enters the week as a 20 point favorite in that contest.
Attention now shifts to a bowl destination for Tennessee, which will appear in their first bowl game since the 2016 Music City Bowl. The Vols played in the Gator Bowl following the 2014 season, then the Outback Bowl following 2015.
Each of those three destinations are in play for the Volunteers once again this year, along with a couple of new ones.

The Gator Bowl remains as the favorite for Tennessee, which would put the Vols up against a Big Ten program. Iowa has probably been the most popular projected opponent for Tennessee, but Michigan and Indiana also remain in play.
We’ve seen a few Outback Bowl projections as well, which could create a matchup against Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan or even Penn State.
