Tennessee vs. Purdue: Gameday information and open thread

Tennessee and Purdue will square off tonight in Louisville, Kentucky in their Sweet 16 matchup. The No. 2 and No. 3 seeds will do battle, looking to stay alive and advance to the round of eight this weekend.

What’s on the line

Well, everything — obviously.

A win would see Tennessee advance to the Elite Eight for the second time in program history. The Vols first did it back in 2010, beating Ohio State before losing to Michigan State in the following game.

(1) Virginia is taking on (12) Oregon after Tennessee’s matchup tonight. The winners will advance to play on Saturday with a final four trip on the line.
