Through four years of building, it hardly seems fair to see what Tennessee went through last night in their Sweet 16 matchup with Purdue. But that’s the NCAA Tournament for you. It’s unforgiving and leaves no room for error. Your entire season can end at any moment.

For Tennessee, it was even more gut-wrenching. The Vols came back from a big first half deficit, ripping off a 14-0 run to take the lead, only to see Purdue come up with answer after answer down the stretch.
