Tennessee has made the top five for an interesting athlete out of Arkansas. Blayke Toll trimmed his list on Friday, including the Vols, along with Memphis, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Ole Miss.

Toll is a 6-5, 244 pound prospect, currently listed as a strong-side defensive end. However, he’s done a little bit of everything at Hazen High School in Arkansas, including defensive line, tight end, running back and even a little quarterback.
Toll is a four-star prospect and the 324th rated player in the class of 2020, according to the 247 Sports Composite. He’s the top ranked prospect coming out of the state of Arkansas this year.
Tennessee offered Toll in January and immediately got him on campus for a junior day event on January 26th. He picked up an offer from Oklahoma last month, throwing a curveball into his recruitment. Since that offer, crystal ball projections have flooded in for the Sooners.
It’s unclear where Tennessee envisions him playing at the next level, but he has spent some time with tight ends coach Brian Niedermeyer. We’ll see if the Vols can hang in with Oklahoma and Arkansas down the stretch.
