Tennessee’s non-conference schedule for the 2020 season now features games at Oklahoma and home against Charlotte, Furman and Troy.
It will be just the second ever meeting between the Vols and the Trojans. The two schools met back in 2012 in a pretty memorable game. The Vols won 55-48 behind the arm of Tyler Bray as Tennessee overcame defensive struggles to find a victory.
Troy lost head coach Neal Brown this offseason to West Virginia, who lead the Trojans to three straight ten win seasons. They replaced him with former Auburn offensive coordinator Chip Lindsey, who was briefly connected to the Tennessee offensive coordinator search earlier this offseason.
Tennessee’s full 2020 schedule will be released at a later date.
