We all know Jeremy Pruitt loves him some cornerbacks, so it should be no surprise that the Tennessee Volunteers picked up another commitment from a DB, but this time it’s 3-star recruit Lovie Jenkins.

The 6-foot, 180-pound corner let the Twitterverse know Wednesday evening. He is the third defensive back to commit to the Vols for the 2020 season.

Jenkins is out of Ocoee High School in Ocoee, Florida. According to 247Sports, he is the 58th-ranked corner in the country and the 86th overall player from Florida.

He fielded more than 40 offers from various schools. Some of the top names were Notre Dame, Pittsburgh, and Louisville - but for now, he belongs to Tennessee.

The Vols currently sit at 25th in the country with nine recruits for the 2020 season, good for 10th place in the SEC.
