It’s football time in Tennessee! Year two of the Jeremy Pruitt era is set to kickoff on August 31st against the Georgia State Panthers at Neyland Stadium. After going 5-7 in year one, Pruitt is looking to gain some ground and close the gap in the SEC East.
2019 likely isn’t going to be the year that we can declare that the Volunteers are back, but most fans would be happy if the arrow simply started to point in the right direction. Returning a starting quarterback who is going into his third year as a starter, along with a healthy amount of other returning starters, Tennessee is set to take a step forward.
