Week 5 FanPulse: Vols’ Fans Feeling Better After The Bye Week

A bye week can do wonders for a team and it appears that it can also help restore confidence if you’re a fan of the Tennessee Volunteers.

Confidence has spiked just a bit over the break and that’s a good thing, because the Vols (1-3) will need all the confidence they can get as they take on the No. 3 Georgia Bulldogs (4-0) on Saturday

Hopefully the Vols will come out on Saturday and give fans more reasons to feel confident with a strong performance. The program sure could use it right now.

As for this week’s Top 25, Alabama took over the top spot after Clemson avoided a near-upset loss to the North Carolina Tar Heels. Oklahoma dropped out of the top five and Florida crept back into the top ten.

Memphis is the only team in the Top 25 that wasn’t there last week.
