We have exited Week 2 of the college football season, but the Vols have yet to win a game.

This isn’t normal. It’s the first time in 31 years that the team has started off 0-2 and is just another low for a program that has experienced plenty of them over the past decade.

But everything else is going to plan. Clemson looks great. So does Alabama. LSU pulled off a huge win against Texas and Oklahoma is Oklahoma.

It’s all reflected in the Week 2 national poll:

Below is Rocky Top Talk’s own Week 2 poll. It’s chosen by you, our readers, and you get to dictate what YOU think the top-25 should be.

Notre Dame and Florida swapped spots, the Aggies and the Ducks both fell one spot, Washington moved up three spots, plus other moves were made. You can check it all out here:

1. Clemson

2. Alabama

3. Georgia

4. Oklahoma

5. LSU

6. Ohio State

7. Notre Dame

8. Auburn

9. Florida

10. Michigan

11. Texas

12. Utah

13. Penn State

14. Washington

15. Texas A&M

16. Oregon

17. UCF

18. Wisconsin

19. Michigan State

20. Iowa

21. Maryland

22. Iowa State

23. Washington State

24. Mississippi State

25. Memphis

And finally, the fan vote stating how confident the fans currently feel about the direction of the program:

Yikes, not good. But there’s plenty of reason for the lack of faith. An 0-2 start will have folks concerned, but it’s a different story when the losses have come against teams like Georgia State and BYU.
