The tenth-ranked Tennessee Volunteers are back on the floor tonight, taking on Tennessee Tech at Thompson-Boling Arena. The Vols are 3-0, coming off of a dominant win over Appalachian State on Tuesday night.
The win was another example of Tennessee’s elite defense, which has expectations on the rise with conference play on the horizon.
Tennessee Tech will make the trip down I-40 tonight, serving as another tune-up opponent for the Volunteers. The Golden Eagles are 0-7 on the year and enter tonight’s matchup as 30 point underdogs.
Tennessee is 29-1 all time against Tennessee Tech. A win tonight would give the Vols win No. 400 at Thompson-Boling Arena.
