Tennessee is back in action tonight with their final non-conference tune-up game of the season. The Volunteers will take on South Carolina Upstate tonight, looking to improve to 6-0 on the season.
The Volunteers saw several games canceled to start the season, including a handful of matchups against the nation’s elite teams. They’ve been in catch-up mode ever since, beating up on Tennessee Tech, Saint Joseph’s and Appalachian State. The Vols picked up resume building wins over Colorado and Cincinnati to start the season.
This game is the final non-conference matchup of 2020 before Tennessee dives into SEC play. The Volunteers will open with Missouri on December 30th, kicking off SEC play with a bang.
But first, it’ll be USC Upstate for Tennessee, who are currently 0-7 on the year.
