Another early name to keep track of in the class of 2021 has emerged. Four-star receiver Jayden Thomas released his top schools on Friday night, including Tennessee among six other SEC options.

Virginia Tech, Michigan, LSU, Arkansas, Ohio State, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, Notre Dame and Alabama joined Tennessee on his list.
Thomas checks in at 6-1, 198 pounds and is out of Atlanta, Georgia. According to the 247Sports Composite Rankings, Thomas is the 132nd ranked player in the 2021 class. He’s the 26th ranked receiver and the 12th ranked player in the state of Georgia.
Thomas received his offer from Tennessee back in January of this year.
At The Opening regionals, Thomas was clocked running a 4.63 in the 40 yard dash, while posting a 33 inch vertical leap.
Tennessee signed four receivers in their 2020 class, filling a big need after Jauan Jennings and Marquez Callaway exited the program. Transfers Deangelo Gibbs and Velus Jones Jr. will also give Jim Chaney and Tee Martin some interesting veteran options, joining Josh Palmer and Brandon Johnson.
So while it isn’t the pressing need is was in last year’s class, you’ll never turn down the chance to add blue-chippers at the position.
