Tennessee has already landed a tight end commitment this week, could they land another in the near future? It’s possible, according to Trinity Bell’s brand new top two list. The 6-7, 254 pound tight end prospect is down to Tennessee and Auburn.
Bell made the announcement on Tuesday night via Twitter.

The Albertville, Alabama native eliminated Kentucky, Florida and Central Florida from his final five, which he released a week ago. Since then Tennessee has picked up a commitment from three-star tight end Miles Campbell, making Bell’s decision more interesting. Tennessee is up to 22 commitments in their class of 2021, which remains ranked second in the country.
Bell is a three-star prospect ranking as the 495th overall player in the 2021 class. He’s graded as an athlete, checking in as the 42nd ranked athlete in 247Sports’ rankings.
Tennessee was able to get Bell in for a visit back in February during a junior day weekend. It was just the latest visit for Bell after the Volunteers offered him early in 2019. Auburn followed with an offer in September of 2019, getting him on campus for multiple visits during the fall.
With Campbell committed, it’s entirely possible that Bell could project elsewhere on the roster. His 6-7 frame fits what Tennessee typically likes on the defensive front, though most teams project him as a tight end. Bell is another one that could play both football and basketball, so that’s something to keep in mind as well.
Bell did not offer a decision timeline.
