For the second time in SEC play, Tennessee will have an opponent swapped for a mid-week game. The Volunteers will now play host to Georgia instead of Florida, due to COVID issues with the Gators.

Rather than hosting Florida as originally scheduled, we will now take on Georgia this Wednesday in TBA.
Tip-off is scheduled for 8 p.m. ET on ESPN2.
A make-up date has yet to be announced for the Florida matchup. Tennessee has already had a game with South Carolina postponed. A date with Vanderbilt was scheduled in its place, but that was also forced to be postponed due to COVID issues.
For now, Tennessee has two open dates — February 23/24 and March 2/3.
The Volunteers are coming off of a win at Kentucky over the weekend. As things currently stand, Tennessee has just five scheduled games left in the regular season. Georgia, South Carolina and Kentucky at home, along with LSU and Auburn on the road.
We’ll see what the SEC does about rescheduling the remaining games with a month before the SEC Tournament begins.
