Friday night and Saturday morning were a good night and good morning for the top-ranked Tennessee baseball team, and Vols coach Tony Vitello had plenty to say about it. A game scheduled for Friday night started close to Saturday morning in Eastern Time at The Hoover Met, but the Vols were awake and alert enough to dispatch 21s-ranked LSU in a 5-2 win that put Tennessee directly into the semifinal round of the tournament.
