After one of the quietest recruitments I can remember, Quart'e Sapp is officially a Volunteer.

Quart'e Sapp is an undersized but speedy outside linebacker from former Vol Treyvon Paulk's high school in Alpharetta, Georgia. Sapp played his recruitment close to the vest, but pulled the trigger on committing to the Vols last weekend. On the field, Sapp is a hybrid safety/linebacker who plays like a Jalen Reeves-Maybin clone. Because he's a bit undersized and Tennessee already has Dillon Bates and Cortez McDowell backing up Reeves-Maybin, expect Sapp to spend his first season in the weight room and on special teams. Much like Reeves-Maybin before him, Sapp's speed and athleticism make him a good candidate to terrify punt and kick returners everywhere.
